2. Description of Services

ChainBolt Solutions provides software-as-a-service tools for website management, CRM, communications, and business automation. Depending on your subscription plan, the Services may include:

Website hosting and management via our platform.

Integrated CRM, chat widget, SMS/email communications, and marketing automation tools.

Optional setup, configuration, and support depending on your selected plan.

We may update, enhance, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time with or without notice.


3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect unauthorized or abusive activity.


4. Subscriptions and Payments

All Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).

The standard Website Lite plan is $150 per month unless otherwise stated.

Upgraded or managed plans have different rates as described on the pricing page.

Payments are processed through our authorized payment processor.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.


5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected].


Upon cancellation:

Access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Your data may be permanently deleted 30 days after account termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

You breach these Terms.

You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

Required payments are not made.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of ChainBolt Solutions or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without written consent.

You retain ownership of your content and data submitted to the platform, but you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely for providing the Services.


7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws.

Avoid uploading or transmitting harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

Ensure any communications sent through the system (SMS, email, etc.) comply with anti-spam and data-protection laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA regulations.


8. Data Privacy and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for loss of data due to user error or third-party issues beyond our control.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.


10. Disclaimers

You acknowledge that system downtime, interruptions, or errors may occur and agree that ChainBolt Solutions shall not be held liable for such occurrences.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ChainBolt Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the incident.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChainBolt Solutions, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services.

Your breach of these Terms.

Your violation of any law or third-party rights.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alexandria VA.
